The Free Pest Inspection
Twenty minutes of an expert's time, a written diagnosis, and real numbers — for free. It's how every Salish relationship starts, and it's never a sales pitch.
What happens during the inspection
An employee-owner — not a salesperson — walks your property with you:
- Interior: kitchen, baths, basement/crawlspace access, attic hatch, baseboards, and any rooms where you've seen activity
- Exterior: foundation, siding, roofline, vents, eaves, deck, fence lines, and vegetation touching the structure
- Identification: what pest you have (or are at risk for), where it's coming from, and what's attracting it
- The plan: a written treatment plan priced directly from our published rate card — based on your home size and lot size, confirmed in writing before any work starts
You'll also get the DIY options when they exist. If your problem is a $12 tube of caulk and better food storage, that's what we'll tell you — it's the employee-owner way: honest work builds the business we all own.
What we'll ask you for
- Your name, address, and the best phone number or email to reach you
- What you've seen, and where — photos welcome
- A preferred day/time window (we offer morning and afternoon slots)
That's it. No credit card, no deposit, no obligation to book treatment.
How fast can you come out?
Inspections are typically scheduled within 2–5 business days in Port Townsend and Jefferson County, and within a week for Kitsap, Bainbridge, and Greater Seattle. Active infestations (bed bugs, rodents in living spaces) get priority scheduling.
Ready when you are.
Free inspection in, written priced plan out. Everything else is your call.
